Isn't this a good looking group?! :) I'm pretty sure Connor broke a record this day for having the most fans present at a 4 year old soccer game. It worked out perfectly that the morning of Carson's party he had a game. Everyone was so sweet to come cheer Connor on. What a blessing our family is to us!

29
I have officially started my last year in my 20s. After we dropped Connor off at preschool we all headed to Fredricksburg for a morning of shopping. After checking out all the cute shops we headed to The Peach Tree Tea Room for lunch.
All of our family was in town for Carson's party the next day so it worked out perfect to have everyone over for dinner that night. I loved getting to celebrate my 29th with so many people that I love. It was a great day!

Ginny and Papa
We had some special visitors this past week. Ginny and Papa drove down to Austin on Wednesday. Carson woke up not long after they arrived so he got to enjoy some one on one time with them until brother got home from school. Thankfully it was a nice day so we could spend some time outside. As soon as Connor got home he was ready to play! He had Papa pushing him on the swing, playing horseshoes, and even a little soccer.
Mom made us a wonderful dinner then we headed out to the soccer fields to watch Connor practice. He was so excited to have them there to watch.
We all had a great time catching up and visiting. I love it when my boys get to spend time with some of the people who are so special to me! Thank you Papa and Ginny for coming to see us!

Duck Pond
Today we meet up with some friends at Lindshire Park. It was a place that none of us had been, but I had heard that it was the perfect place to see ducks from this website.
Y'all would not believe how many ducks where there! It was crazy. We got out of the car and they all started swarming around us. We started walking down the hill towards the pond and they all followed. If only we could teach our kids to follow as closely as these ducks. :)
Carson wasn't so sure at first.
Then he realized all they wanted was bread and he was as happy as could be.
Connor loved throwing the bread into the pond.
Even the turtles started popping up looking for some food.
After we ran out of bread, there were plenty of trees to climb.
We also enjoyed a nice picnic lunch.
It is hard to believe that such a neat little park has been so close to us all this time and we didn't even know it. My boys loved it so I'm sure there will be more trips back there in our future.
