It seems like these past few weeks have flown by and left me little time for blogging so I am going to make an attempt to catch up on some of the things I have missed.
My brother, Kevin, flew in from LA Friday night before Connor's birthday. We were all so glad that he was able to join us and it meant so much that he took time out of his busy schedule to come celebrate with us. On top of that the Saturday of Connor's party was his 30th birthday. We joked that he never expected to have a petting zoo for his 30th! :)
Once all the guests had left we let Connor and Kevin open a few birthday presents.
After a short nap we headed to Z-Tejas to celebrate Kevin's birthday.

Connor was still hanging in there even after a long day.
We headed home for dessert- Key Lime and Strawberry pie!
Once we sang Happy Birthday to Kevin I think Connor finally realized that it was his birthday too so he started surrounding Kevin with balloons.
While we enjoyed our sweets Connor played with some of his new gifts. Every once and awhile he would run up to mom and say "take picture Mimi!" (which he never wants done!) :)
Then he would run back to his new step stool from Uncle Kevin and Aunt Rachel to show off his new skills.
